Portrait of Lindsey in green space

Hi, I’m Lindsey

I’m a therapist with over a decade of experience providing treatment and support to clients with a variety of needs and backgrounds. I’ve treated clients going through bouts of low mood and general life stressors as well as those with complex PTSD and single event trauma.

I strive for a collaborative therapeutic style where client feedback is an integral part of the process. I use humor and humility to achieve this, while holding an overall curious approach.

Outside of work I enjoy open water swimming, culinary adventures and practicing mindfulness in nature.

My Approach

I am an eclectic clinician that tailors my treatment plans to the needs of my clients. I am trained in EMDR, integrate mindfulness and somatic practices, and utilize psychodynamic informed questions to understand how past experiences inform current behaviors.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I draw on an understanding of how our environment impacts us - from our independent functioning to how we interact in relationships. I work primarily from a feminist and social justice informed lens to reflect on how systems and power dynamics impact our well being.
